Too often exclusively associated with music, SABAM asserts its multidisciplinary character and jointly represents composers, lyricists, publishers, playwrights, choreographers, directors, screenwriters, dialogue writers, radio creators, subtitle authors, translators, novelists, poets, comic book authors, illustrators, journalists, sculptors, painters, videographers, designers, photographers, graphic designers, etc. This singularity makes our Society almost unique in the world.

The association in no way aims to replace music production professionals, but only to help launch young groups into the entertainment industry.
